At I AM Beauty, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered with love. Since our products are personal and hygiene-related, we have a strict no-return policy. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund under the following conditions.

1. Returns & Exchanges

•Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened lip glosses.

•Please double-check your order before placing it, as all sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

•If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

•After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

3. Missing Item Claims

•If any item is missing from your order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

•A unedited parcel opening video is mandatory to validate the claim.

•If the claim is approved, we will resend the missing item or issue a refund.

4. Refund Process

•Refunds are only issued for missing, incorrect, or damaged products.

•Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
